A proper unboxing video is mandatory for any return or exchange claim.

  • The video must be continuous without cuts or edits.
  • The sealed package must be shown before opening.
  • The entire unboxing process must be clearly visible.

Non-Returnable Conditions

  • Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery.
  • Products without original packaging.
  • Requests made after the allowed time period.

Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund (if approved) will be processed within 5–7 working days through the original payment method.
